''Hospital Music for the Aesthetics of Language'' was recorded at Portrait Studios in Lincoln Park, New Jersey by Chris Badami who also engineered and produced the album. The album was mastered by Alan Douches. Originally self-released in 2003, Trophy Scars have sold thousands of copies of their first EP and second release.
